If you've spent any time reading about AI recently, you'll know there is no shortage of opinions.

Some people are convinced it will transform the way we work. Others are concerned about the risks, limitations and unintended consequences. Most of us seem to be somewhere in the middle, experimenting, learning and trying to work out what all of this means for our roles, teams and organisations.

What I've found particularly interesting over the past year is how different people's experiences have been.

Some are using AI every day. Others are only just getting started. Some have found ways to save hours of time each week. Others have discovered that the biggest value isn't productivity at all, but better thinking, better questions or new perspectives.

And while there are plenty of articles, webinars and LinkedIn posts telling us what AI can do, there seem to be far fewer conversations about what people professionals are actually doing with it.

That's where we'd love your help.

At The EX Space, one of the things we value most is the willingness of our community to share ideas, experiences and lessons learned. Some of the most useful insights don't come from experts or vendors. They come from practitioners who are trying things out, learning as they go and openly sharing what works and what doesn't.

So over the next four weeks, we'd love to hear from you.

We're gathering experiences, reflections and practical lessons from people working across employee experience, employee engagement, internal communication, HR and learning and development.

You don't need to be an AI expert. In fact, we'd love to hear from people at all stages of the journey.

If you'd like to contribute, we'd love your thoughts on any or all of these questions:

Where has AI made the biggest difference to the way you work?

What's one lesson you've learned about using AI effectively?

What's something AI still can't do as well as humans?

What advice would you give to someone just getting started?

You can leave a comment below, send us a message on LinkedIn, email us directly – or even send us a LinkedIn voice note if that's easier.

We're also interested in the stories behind the answers, so if you'd be happy to have a short follow-up conversation, please let us know when you respond.

Once the conversation closes, we'll bring together the themes, insights and lessons learned into a free community resource so everyone can benefit from what we've collectively discovered.

AI might be changing the tools available to us, but we're still learning what good looks like. And the best way to do that is together.

We'd love to hear your experiences.
