In the world of Employee Experience, we’re often spinning a lot of plates. Whether you’re a team of one trying to shift the dial on engagement, or part of a growing People function experimenting with human-centered design, you don’t always need everything — all at once.

Sometimes, you just need that one thing — a tool to help you solve a problem today.
Sometimes, you’re not quite ready to commit, but you’re curious.
And sometimes, budgets are tight — and flexibility is everything.

That’s exactly why we’ve introduced pay-as-you-go access at The EX Space.

More Access. More Flexibility. Same EX Magic.

Until now, The EX Space has offered a single membership-based route into our core learning. And for many of our members, that ongoing support, community, and unlimited access has been a game-changer.

But we know that not everyone is in the same place — and the future of work demands more flexible, human-centered solutions.

So now you can explore our tools, templates, courses and packs without a professional membership. Simply join as a free essentials member, browse the catalogue, buy what you need and get going.

✅ Need help with redesigning your onboarding experience, or maybe you’re looking to develop a champions network? Grab a PowerPack

✅ Want to deep-dive into personas, IC design or how to set line managers up for success? Try a Bitesize course

✅ Want to master the entire EX process? Buy a Masterclass

No commitment. No recurring payments. Just practical, on-demand learning — when you need it most.

Why We’re Doing This

When we launched The EX Space, it was built on one core belief: EX is the future of work — and we all need the tools and confidence to design it well.

But through our research and conversations, one message came through loud and clear: People professionals need more adaptable ways to learn and lead. One-size-fits-all just doesn’t cut it anymore.

We’re making this shift to reflect that reality. To open up EX to even more people. And to support you wherever you are in your journey — whether you’re dipping a toe in or ready to dive deep.
