PowerPack

Employee champions, advocates & change ambassadors

Whether you're considering using employee champions for change, or a mechanism for employee voice – or maybe you want to build a community of practice or advocates for EX – this PowerPack will give you everything you need to get the right people in place, align your vision and make a positive difference...

Why Champions?

Setting up an employee champion group (also sometimes referred to as employee advocates, or change ambassadors) can help you to drive meaningful change, and enhance EX and engagement across your organisation.

  • Champions can serve as catalysts for promoting EX (and other) initiatives, such as cultural shifts, by embodying and advocating changes within their teams.
  • They can also represent the diverse voices of the workforce. An employee champion group can amplify employee voice by gathering feedback from their peers and communicating it directly to programme leads, ensuring that decisions are informed by on-the-ground realities.
  • Champions help ensure that initiatives are aligned with the needs and concerns of employees, fostering a sense of inclusion and ownership.
  • And some organisations utilise employee champions to encourage collaboration across the organisation, to 'join the dots', feel connected and united within one organisation.
